VE table isn't right. But most of your cold lean issue is your open loop EQ table drops to 1.0 at 68 degrees. That's not at all how it should look from the General. Highlight from the 50 degree column to about the 158 and then interpolate.

Just a follow up to everyone. My ve is messed up which is messing with my cold start. It starts to runs great when it goes into CL. So the CL is covering The messed up ve. So back to ve calibrations.
