VCT Schedule Uknown 10

As the title suggests, anybody know exactly what this is? Ive never seen this before. Idle is pretty solid but at times it will surge and stall. I noticed the VCT schedule says "Unknown 10" when it is happening. Its a long file but you can find the issue at 30:03. It stalled twice during this log.

Yes, that's launch. Command MP1 or MP15 if running MP14+

So should I raise these values in Launch like in the picture? I also am commanding MP1 from what I can see here.

can you keep it out of launch mode at idle?

I wasnt aware it was in launch mode at idle. How do I change this?
