The computer thinks it is in low range. Either the range switch is bad or the wire is grounding out on the body somewhere.

While I agree with TransGo Robert on this, it is important to include a read file ".hpt" and any mods done to the vehicle and a basic vehicle configuration

hi thanks for reply I using an autel mx808 scanner it show it in high range in transfer case 4wd works good when I go to low range scanner show it

the scanner shows transmission oss at 747 rpm and vehicle is 6.21 mph. the speedometer is work right but for some reason the pcm is seeing
the transmission speed faster then maken it shift to fast

if I drive about 3 miles the pcm correct it self and start reading the right transmission output speed and shift like it should untill I turn the key off if key is off more 5 seconds it stops reading right again
it like it loses it memory if I turn engine off and back to the on position keeping power to pcm it work fine and shift like it should

Sounds like you are on here but don't actually have HP Tuners so you can't post a log for us to look at it, am I right? Without seeing the data I don't think it will be possible to help if it is not the usual issue with the low range wire shorting to ground somewhere. If it was me I would cut it a few inches from teh computer just for a test to confirm it still does it.
