AMG GT C190 M178 MED17.7.5 - read tune

Hi,

Is it possible the read a modified ECU software of a AMG GT C190 M178?

Or is this done only "virtually" aka it's an OEM unmodified file?
I would like to perform a dump, just in case I lose my tune again from a 3rd party tuner.

Any information on this would be appreciated.
