Inconsistent data between PID list and histogram values

Is this behavior of inconsistent values normal? The number in the PID list on the left does not match what is shown in the histogram value. I highlighted the throttle position, but you can see there are multiple values that don't match.

I think there is also some interpolation of data in the chart while the channels read the closest point data, or the maybe the last point.
