Any one have any ideas as to why both of my devices show disabled?
MVPI3 did firmware update then wouldnt work
Tried my MVPI2 and wouldnt work at all on any vehicle even two previously tuned cars in my driveway.
Now logged into my acct and this shows under my devices.
So now only option i have is to mail in both devices but still cant get a clear understanding as to why my second device would be not working as to no changes or firmware update on it just stopped.
No hp reps have any insite to this issue. Just mail devices in. Forget the fact i have purchased another one overnighted it so i can continue to work.
Make sure you follow our support reps steps to get the issue resolved for you in this case.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
