    lost MPVI2

    i recently lost my device and was told to open a ticket to get my license info transferred to a new device. its been about 2 weeks since i have heard back from the support team! do they usually take this long? i really need a new device

    Are you able to provide us with your ticket number?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
