Tune help 5.3 Cammed, Hollowed out Cats, No Muffler. 228/230, 585"/.585" 112 LSA

    Hello,

Finally got my truck running! Turns out I needed a new ECM as the injectors were not firing correctly. Attached is my current scan, after removing the DOD and EGR and setting the base idle to 850 across the board.

The idle will still drop here and there and I am guessing I need to change the airflow and some of the other idle parameters but it also seems like I may have a vacuum leak, does that seem correct based on the data provided? Same question about the o2 sensors. I have a log file at park and one driving.

    Thanks!

without your tune to compare with, yes, you have something going on with fuel trims. It's pulling 18% almost constant on the b2 ltft.
What have you done to your tune? or is this a 'i got it started so lets go drive it' kinda thing?

    need more info.

You got a bad miss on bank 1 buddy. And your airflow tables are obviously off as can tell by the trims. But you got a dead hole on bank 1. It don't ever pick it up either.

Thanks everyone for all the feedback. I am not sure why it wouldn't be registering that data.

Attached is my "tune" I haven't really done much but increase the idle and eliminate the DOD/AFM codes. I used a previous tune where I also removed an EGR code as well, I made prior to fixing the ECM but I am not sure I need that now.

    Thanks again!

I believe the miss is from lean fuel conditions? I've got bank1 to read now but it won't read over 5%, which Im assuming is still no good as the other side is over 20%. It stops missing when I remove the MAF.

I hollowed out the cats but is it possible they could still be clogged before or after the cat? Im going to remove that side and see what effect that has. This was a problem I had initially, but I thought I fixed.

It has new injectors installed by a mechanic and a new ECM. Just put in new spark plugs and wires.

    Anything I should look for?

The miss in your last data log is NOT caused by a lean condition. One side of the engine is fine, the other has a bad miss.

The discrepancy between banks (one bank 5% the other 20%) indicates you still have a miss. Can't tell for sure as you did not post a data log.

How well was it welded back together? If air is getting in that'll throw things off, too.

Look what the O2 sensor is doing on B1.
