    Electronic Pedal

Hello all. I have an 06 6.0 in my '89 S10. The factory (plastic) 06 pedal will not work in the S10 because it bends directly into the trans tunnel. I ended buying a pedal from a company called PSI Conversions that was made for the Chevy C10 using an LS TAC setup. The pedal does work, however, the output is only 68% when pushed to the floor. I verified this on the throttle body blade position. My question is: can this pedal be tuned in HP Tuners? I see a couple settings in there for electronic pedal, but I'm not sure if that's what I need.

How did you verify that the throttle blade moved to 68% using nothing more than pushing the accelerator pedal?

I was connected to HP Tuner while pushing the pedal and the output was 68%. Then went and saw the throttle body blade was not fully opened. I then hooked up the factory pedal (that doesn't fit in the S10) and did the same thing. TPS position when floored was 100% and throttle body blade was fully opened.

why not call PSI and ask them what they do that youre not doing?

Or cut the plastic pedal off and bolt on a correctly formed arm?

My s10 throttle arm looks like a questin mark to get it where i like it.

Have you tried the pedal not bolted in the truck? Hold it in your hands and move it. Maybe there's something about the way it's mounted not letting it go WOT. You know, LS swap shit.
