6L80 harsh upshift

2017 Silverado 5.3 6L80. I was adjusting shift timing a converter lock up. everything was fine until I went into special functions and cleared trans adapt reset, preset, and fast adapt. now the up shifts are harsh. I even put the stock tune back in it and nothing changes. What am I missing?

Keep driving it until it relearns. You have to give it time to learn.
