Requesting assistance 6.4 Jeep GC SRT8

I have a 2013 Jeep GC SRT8, Seems to have been abused and minimal maintenance by last owner/dealer.

No info on modifications where I purchased vehicle.
Digging into the vehicle shows signs of a previous installation of a supercharger(?) or pro-charger(?).

    1000cc injectors
Wiring harness with Vacuum line routed into glove box (empty plug)
Wiring harness with Vacuum line routed into trunk space (unsure use, no plug, wires cut)
    fore fuel system
    full exhaust
    inter cooler bracket?
Looks to be a new(ish) block
    • New paint, no grim/buildup/dirt

Tracking down one of the previous owners would be tremendous help knowing what has been done, what parts were used, if there is a tune, ect.

    Currently troubleshooting
    Random misfire P0300
    Steady misfire
    • Cylinder 2 (No DTC being thrown) hp tuners data-log shows 266 misfire on a 30 minute drive
    • Cylinder 8 (P0308 is being thrown) hp tuners data-log shows 135 misfire on a 30 minute drive

Transmission/Drive-train has a light *moaning/grunting* sound when under light load. ( Cruise speed 30-50, slight incline)
3-2 down shifts are too aggressive for my liking. Will throw you forward/chirp tires.
    • Replaced Front, Rear and Transfer case fluids.
    • Scheduled Trans fluid flush
    • Also has a red skull stamped/painted on lower bell housing (viewable from under the car). Similar to these.

I should also mention, the 1000cc injectors mentioned above are not currently installed. They are in a bag in the glove box.
These are the injectors being used/are installed.

If any additional information is needed, please feel free to ask and I will do my best to supply what is needed.

Here is a current list of things I have done or have had done to *fix* issues:
    • New NGK Laser Iridium
    • New Coil Packs
    • New Serp Belt
    • New Idler Pulley
    • Pulled and Cleaned Injectors
    • Reset Adaptives
    • Set fuel pressure to 58 lbs (Fore fuel system, pressure regulator under hood)
    • Ordered new Fore Inline Fuel Filter (Awaiting Delivery)
    • Replaced Front, Rear and Transfer case fluids
    • New Drive Shaft

If it is supercharged you shouldn't be going WOT until you get the larger injectors in it along with a 2 or 3 bar map sensor.

Are you above sea level? Your MAP checks at 91 Kpa indicating you are.

You really need a stock unmolested calibration to compare it to as well as use to put some stuff back to stock. There are none in the repository so if no one here has one to offer best thing you can do is take it back to the dealership and have them flash it back to stock. It'll cost you a couple credits, but it's the best thing to do. Tell them it likely won't start after they flash it until you come and dump the tune back in it. You'll need to read out the stock calibration first or else you'll be right back in the boat you're in now.

Pid list is way too crowded and most of that stuff you don't need.

As for the misfires, I would diagnose them like any other misfire. If it's supercharged there's always a chance it's hurt. Don't depend on the HPT scanner to diagnose them for you. Check compression, leakdown, spark and fuel. SOP.

Its not supercharged, it shows signs it use to be. Stock Injectors are currently in the vehicle.

Small update for anyone glancing at this:
    • Cooler weather seems to make the misfires go away.
    • Still trying to track down a stock tune to compare to.
    • No change with new Fore inline fuel filter.
