High Octane Chart vs Low Octane chart

In the VCM Editor under; Engine / Spark / Advance; under ?Base?, there are charts for High Octane, Low Octane and DP and DOD charts, now on my System (GM ECM E92A), I don?t see a channel for reading Octane (in VCM Scanner) and since my truck is not Flex Fuel, there?s no Alcohol sensor. So my question is when making adjustments for timing in the ?High Octane? chart, and not in any other of the base timing charts, how does it make the changes if there?s no Octane sensor (that I can see)?

BTW, I only run 93 Octane.
