Friend of mine installed a cam in a 2014 V6 and got a btr kit with everything to do the dod delete minus the cam phaser lockout ( witch I told him to get). How fucker up is this ?

Depends on what Brian says. I've had customers running his stage 2 with no limiters whatsoever running the factory extreme phasing. As long as it will work with the engine running variable cam timing will work out better for mpg's and power. Just makes tuning harder cause it's more time consuming for one and you have to be more on your game at that point too.
