    Simos 8.5 Torque Management

    Hey everyone,

    I recently installed my IE 207mm Crank pulley, and am having a few minor issues with figuring out the tune.

    Is it entirely possible that I am actually generating 66lb/min of airflow? That sounds interestingly high based on some of the other threads and logs I've looked at. On top of this, my bypass valve is bleeding a lot of air off, 10+lb at times under WOT. My torque tables seem to be dialed in.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Alrighty so little update, the bypass valve is still saying it is opening, however the car feels much quicker after a few revisions, that could be the 40 degree night air being a little nicer on my stock heat exchanger. Here is the most recent log and file.

    I think I am having issues with getting my torque tables right to stop opening the bypass valve. Im stumped haha

    Torque maps limiting the bypass valve?

    Does anyone have any recommendations? I went into a hard limp mode this morning after modifying more torque maps. Needless to say I believe I may be going backwards. R17 - OD PULLEY 207mm.hpt I've searched every forum post and even dug into the FunktionsRahmen for the 8.5 and am still having little to no luck. Can anyone chime in on this and give any tips? I can pay in beer limp.hpl
