    2006 charger NAG1 shifting issues

2006 Dodge Charger RT with 392 engine swap
Using NAG1/A580 transmission & original wiring harness.

    New:
    -Transmission
-Valve body with conductor plate & sensors
    -TCM
    -Rear CV axles
    -Rear ABS sensors
    -?Shift electronic module?
-Inspected wire bundle from pcm to tcm
(My last thought is possible bad pcm?)

Transmission shift points are very late/delayed from 1-2 and 2-3 and the transmission will not shift past 3rd gear on its own. If allowed to shift itself to third, it gets stuck in third until car is restarted. All 5 gears can be utilized ?auto stick? without issues unless put back into auto mode. For example, if driving in manual 5th and I put the transmission into auto mode, it?ll jump down into third no matter the speed.

Using HP tuners, I have tried resetting the transmission adaptives, preforming an ?EGS5X init? procedure, verifying and entering proper tire diameter, gear ratio, etc into the computer

When the transmission gets stuck in third, I get a P0733 ?gear 3 incorrect ratio? code. That is it for codes.

Also- the transmission will work and shift through all gears if I go into hp tuners and disable ?traction control? which disables the abs and displays both abs and brake light on the dash. However, I have no abs codes.

I have also tried reuploading the tune which was downloaded before the car had any issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Sounds to me like you have the wrong rear end ratio entered in there. It would help if you included your tune and a log of it in automatic mode where it sets the P0733.

I wish it was that simple I got the car in the air and counted how many drive shaft rotations were needed for one full rotation of the wheels. It was just under 3 and these either came with a 2.62 (rt), 2.82 (rt), or 3.06 (srt). I tried putting all 3 ratios in and anything besides the 2.82 makes it worse.
