I have done relearn both with hp system and the factory hack 20 sec deal with 0 results. I thought when posting that this was simply a setting outside the airflow/throttle body section of the tune that someone would have knowledge of ..I will pull data log and post asap thanks for the replies

Data log and tune file. There is no "click here for 100% throttle" button. For one thing it'll never go 100% WOT. Nothing late model will.

First thing is, click on "go advanced".

    go advanced.jpg

Then in your post tool bar, click the paper clip icon and that will take you to the attachments window.

    attachment button.jpg

Then you can attach your tune file, data log, screen shots, etc. Screen shots need to be kept pretty small. Jpeg works the easiest. Just save any pics or screen shots as jpegs.

Don't see an issue in your log. Your "accelerator pedal position sensor" is hitting 3.83V and your "throttle position sensor" hits 3.80V very shortly after.
These are maximum values on FCA systems and thus you are actually getting WOT at the TB.

The reason you are "only" seeing the "relative throttle position" hitting 76% is because it's scaled to 5V max as an SAE parameter. Thus 3.80/5 = 76%.

I'd be more concerned about the KR its pulling in 2nd and 3rd gears in that log. Up to 9 degs!

yes the retard was because I didn't have the blended fuel in it .. I filled up with regular pure 93 .usually have 1/2-1/2 with racing fuel and it doesn't trigger any or maybe 1-2* if it's a 2nd pass on warm day . I drove it to get a fresh log this am and didn't even think about it
. I read about the 5volt reference and 3.81 throttle voltage on another thread earlier and I'mgoing back thru past logs now to verify ..im almost certain the percentage at wot in middle of several wot runs dropped into the 50s . Asa I have verified if it is will post those logs as well thanks for response and all the info

I would, and I am not professional tuner but, I would save your current tune for race fuel and then pull some timing, log KR get it to 0 or close and save it as a "93 Tune"

turns out I found my own answer to the post .. and you are right .. anything over 5 spark retard and the computer is using the throttle to protect the engine .. ran it today whenni went to check then mail and I will post the screen shots . but I was still wot at 3.83 Asa it hit -6 and went on to -8 it dropped throttle position to 55% which I known now 76 is actually physically 100% open .. so I'm gonna redo the timing on this tune and save it as pump gas tune and run the original when I have the blend in there to control knock retard .. thanks for sll the feedback guys .. feel like a Newby on yhis car csn walk across the yard to the 340 demon and everything on it is unconscious for me ..lol

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you take the 15% base idle throttle from the 100% throttle theoretical and get the 85% that you are getting on your data display.

tweeked the wot timing and got kr 0- and 1-2 in a few spots and the throttle now stays constant all the way thru on that tune.. so the kr someone pointed out earlier being a concern regardless of the throttle , ended up curing the other once I corrected it ..thanks for the input
