can anybody explain me functions of these both and how to use changes?
Most are going to tell you to read and search. Someone trying to explain that too you could type for hours. If you narrow down your question a little more you will probably get a few more replies.

Sure. Start up Editor and press F1. Put LTFT in the query box, click on List Topics, and then click on Volumetric Efficiency when it pops up. Start reading. The guys that wrote the software explain it as well as anyone. After you've read it, and tried it, post back with questions.
