2016 mud truck throttle not opening

i got a 2016 chevy silverado that came in for tuning, cant figure out why throttle doesn't respond at all, you blip the throttle and goes up about 20% only, if you wot it just goes up to about 45%, ive already tried torque management, driver demand, and a bunch of other stuff, this truck does not have speed sensors or the factory transfer case, really would appreciate the help! also truck does have military axles with 6.72 gears on 54" tires and hydro steerkevin mega truck 5.hptkevin throttle check.hpl

figured it out, i looked at transmission diag, the output speed sensors were turned off by the previous tuner, turned them back on and everything came back how its supposed to

There's some extra things changed in the background of the one I posted which is why I said to just open it and write entire. Should help out your en-devours a lot further.

You'll need to make your transmission changes to this one too before flashing.
