That's a lot of turbo!
I also have a 2018 (base) Ecoboost Mustang with 10R80 transmission.
I have a basic stage 3 tune loaded onto my ECU and was running high 12s in the quarter mile.
But since I upgraded my turbo, I've been having overheating and fueling issues.
What type of tune were you running before you installed your new Turbocharger??
I had a stage 2 OTS tune, before I updated my downpipe. It was a good mild tune, but It wasn't designed for any aggressive modifications.
I was thinking of switching back to the stock Turbocharger, but instead, I adjusted the rod length of the wastegate actuator, to give me similar performance, of the OEM turbo, with the plan to dail-in the new turbo slowly.
Still working on it, but haven't been able to do any testing.

There is a Vendor (Greg @ EC) who is active on the "Mustang Ecoboost Net" forum. His company does tuning, and their "shop mule" is a Mustang 2018 10AT 2.3 motor.
I run the same (base model) car as EC, and currently have two untested tunes. I have a "drop in" Precision Turbo installed, and hope to do some testing with this setup during February, 2024.
However, I'm not a "Pro Tuner" nor do I plan on becoming one. I also don't have any real knowledge, when it comes to electronic tuning. But, I am trying to learn, so I can make track side modifications as needed.
