There is no such table like driver demands, instead it is based on a formula.
How did the calculation works?
In the software it hints:

Injection volume=pedal.pedalslope+pedalOffset-rpmslope.RPM
But I can't figure out how that calculates.

How to increase fuel demand?

BTW，My understanding of tuning it is if u get more fuel desired the ecu will match a higher boost in order to maintain not too rich afr, because the boost desire map is using fueling as load.
