tire wizard info

99 c5 4l60e stock with 342 diff. i know the wot shifting has to be programed does the tire wizard do this mph/rpm change and does it change anything else like shift pressure or delete things?

Tire and gear wizard is the FIRST thing that must be done for any gear and or tire mod. Then you can go in with something like BlueCat transmission tuning software and get the shift feel and longevity you want from the trans. Gear changes will also effect ABS so that must be calculated.
