I think there should have been some sort of registration number to add the credits to your account? Might have came as an email? It's been several years since I bought mine with credits.
does your customer page say you have any credits on your device? that is the first thing to check.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Contacted customer service and they are communicating with Summit. Hopefully be taken care of soon.
