Gen 3 GM Truck 1500 4.8L Manual Transmission tune

I have a 2003 GM truck that was recently converted to a Manual was originally a 4l60e. I have alot of the auto stuff turned off in diagnostics but still seems like there can be more modifications to be perfected. Does anyone have a Stock 4.8L 5speed tune that I can compare to? The truck runs and drives fine but the cruise doesnt want to work even though the speedo works and transfercase connectors are all hooked up. Any advice would be great, thanks
