Banks Turbo 2006 Jeep Wrangler

Good Evening,

New to HP Tuners/Tuning in general.

I'm preparing to install a Banks Turbo on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 4.0 engine and NSG370 manual transmission.

With that in mind I have a Diablo Tuner with a tune from Banks that will used for the turbo.

Now where HP Tuners comes into play, I'm wanting to get the credits to delete the CATS/Emissions for now and down the road use it to completely take over the tune for the Turbo.

Given the circumstances when I gut the cats/emissions, will I need to re-tune the one I have from Diablo/Banks or will I be ok as is for now?
