Challenger 5.7l hemi e85 conversion question

My mod list minus the exterior
stuff.. Whiteline bushings & swaybars BC Racing coil-overs Petty rear strut tower brace SRT8 Brembo brakes Kooks long tube headers with high flow cats AFE 3 exhaust B&G tuned ECU DSS aluminum drive shaft 20 Foose 2/3 piece Nitrous flat black wheels Nitto Invo tires TrueFiber carbon fiber hood Mopar CAI Hurst short-throw shifter Speed Dawg ball shifter Billet catch can are my mods. I'm going to cam it soon but should I put a e85 conversion kit on it with some larger injectors ? They claim 7 to 12% hp gains but I hear mixes reviews. Thanks

My 5.7 Hemi is out of a 2006 Daytona R/T. I have a full time E85 tune in my car. I had to upgrade to Hellcat injectors as my stock 5.7 injectors could not keep up with fuel supply demand.
HP and especially torque will go up as you can add more timing.
Gas mileage will decrease by about 3 mpg or so depending on your driving.
