Challenger RT Stroker, with NAG1 and FTI 9.5" 3600 stall Torque converter

    Gentlemen,
I need some advice from more experienced users.
During the cruising at constant speed, with TCC locked up, TCC slip swings between 0~30RPM.
The desired slip, despite setting in TCU (zeroed for acceleration and coasting) remains 15RPM, as reported in VCM Scanner.

Kindly please for Your support, thats a bit concerning for me.

Please find enclosed Print screen from the VCM Scanner, and my Tune file.

    Thank You!

PS: I've tried to find some tips on the forum, but it does not seems to be a common subject of discussion.

Of course, please take a look on the flat spot in the middle, where speed is constant ~105km/h

Maybe my Tranny's oil is too cold?
I'm trying to keep it as cold as possible, but maybe i went too far (currently stays at 100-110degF).
