Gen 3's with the rear O2s deleted will repeatedly go lean, then rich, trying and failing to get a result (even a 'fail' is a result) from the catalyst/post-O2 tests. These cannot be disabled in the tune.
Your MAF DTCs are set to No MIL, not MIL On First Error.
Logfile has a P0200 - Injector Circuit (Current) set.
