Did you get full GM data for those injectors?

Those are CNG injectors, not recommended for gasoline. You will have issues later even if you find accurate data and manage to get it input correctly. I think everyone who has bought them has soon switched to something else.

Return them or sale them and get injectors that come with GM data.

You can use Injector Dynamics data to set up your Injectors. However, the older E38 is limited to 63.5#. You can do the double stoich method and get 127#, but that doesn't get you close to the 240# @ 58psi on the Bosch injectors. You will have to modify a bunch of tables to get them to work. Easiest way would be to get a 2009+ E38 that will allow you to do the double stoich and use those injectors without much trouble. I have my tune like that. I can send it to you if you like. I have no idea if you can swap the computers and use the same harness. Check online at LT1 swap and see if the pins are the same.

Some 1000's or 1300's would cover that and be a lot easier to deal with the ECM limits.

Ive proven several times on the dyno an injector at a 80% DC will make better power than an oversized one that runs maybe 40% at WOT.

A lot of people don't understand this when I explain this same exact thing to them. Fuel control can also have a huge effect on high rpm power.

Sorry, I did not understand what you meant. I am running a 4L80 also.

I don't think its a control thing. The AFR will be spot on either way.

I think it has to do with how the two atomize.
