2007 JK Hemi Swap

Hello all,
I have a 2007 JK with a Gen 3 Hemi swapped into it using a TR4050. The swap is mainly complete, however I'm running into an issue where the ECU hard cuts RPMs at 4k RPM because it is not registering any speed signal. I know that the PCM accepts speed signal over CAN from a TCM. Is there any way around this in the tune? I know engines can run erratically for other reasons without vehicle speed. Any and all input is welcome!

did you raise the RPM in park in fuel cutoff?

Yes, I tried this among other things. Under the trans tab, the manual trans option is enabled. I'd imagine if I set it as an auto it would cause other issues. It does have a setting for power train protection - minimum speed is the parameter. But I don't have speed input?
