    C7 ZR1 LPFP on a 15 c7 Z06

Hello guys my fuel pump went bad and i decided to use a c7 zr1 fuel pump on my car, but something is not working right because its loosing fuel pressure to 4psi on acceleration, i downloaded a ZR1 tune from dsx page but i cant seem to find any important difference.

is there a change that needs to be made in the tune to make this work or is my pump just not working?

Is it actually losing pressure to 4 psi? If it were, you would see the high side pressure drop too. I ask because it seems to be a bug in the scanner when it comes to some cars and the low side fuel pump. You could also be overshooting fuel targets since the ZR1 pump is much better than the 2015 low side pump. Maybe increasing the target will stabilize it.

Yes, high side pressure goes down into the 300's psi, AFR goes to 14 and the exhaust noise changes.

I tried Raising the inferred regulation pressure[ECM] 6976, the desired high flow pressure[ECM] 7030, high pressure desired base[ECM] 17071, MAximum pressure limit[ECM] 6975, and the fuel pump base duty cycle[ECM] 6970, also lowered the high flow upper[ECM] 17022 to make it go into high flow mode quicker with no success.

Do you have a JMS BAP on the car? OR another fuel pump voltage booster?

I've seen this happen when the FPCM has an internal failure but I don't know how to test it. We just replaced it on a car and it fixed it. Couldn't say why.
