Supercharged 2000 TA pulling timing. Please review tune and let me know why.

Help, trying to understand why my tune is pulling timing. 2000 TA WS6, crate LQ4 with TSP 243 stage 2.5 heads BTR Red Hot cam, Fast 102 intake, Nick Williams 102 TB, Siemens 60lb injectors, 1 3/4 LT headers 3" dual exhaust, D1SC with grip tech pulley, 10% od 8 rib crank pulley, 6 spd trans. The ECM is pulling timing and it doesn't want to pull to 6500 rpm. Any other ideas?

Table 12626 (Fuel Base Correction table) is pulling 4 degrees as soon as you start making boost.

Thanks for identifying that issue. How do i prevent it from pulling it?

Ok i found it. Why would that even be there?

It's a bit unusual to use that table to remove timing. I'm not sure why they did it.
