At the dragstrip, when "Foot Brake Launching" my 2018 Ecoboost Mustang, with 10R80 transmission, some weird electronic stuff happens... and I'm trying to understand the sequence of ECU events, to help with troubleshooting.

After cleaning my tires off, forcing fluid into my torque convertor, and fulling staging my car on the starting line at the dragstrip, I bring my rpms up to 2500 rpm, My engine timing is at 20 degrees and my charge temperature is around 125*F +/-, when I push my throttle pedal to 100%, my timing drops to 7 degrees with ignition correction going to 0, as I accelerate forward with my charge temperature dropping and my timing and ignition correction rising slowly.
What is the sequence of electronic events that affect the performance of my car when launching from a standing start??
