'21 Charger TPS voltage stuck at ~.60, TPS % is good...

Chasing idle issues on a cammed 2021 Charger 5.7. Anything below 1000rpms shuts of like a switch, normal idle recipes not working (not done, but not enough to even work with yet...) With throttle input, car revs normally

But, I noticed that TPS 1 reads steady .59-.61V and TPS 2 reads steady 4.41V, both KOEO or running. TPS % will read as expected and move with Pedal input. Throttle blade moves as expected too.

    - 2021 Charger Whipple Cam V4 TB test 2 Prop test 2 1100 idle 2.hpl2021 Charger Whipple Cam V4 TB test 2 Prop test 2 1100 idle.hpl

Tried new throttle body as well.

    - Is the lack of typical TPS voltage readings a root cause of something to fix before wrestling with the idle further?

I wouldn?t care about it , TPS sends an engine light if the sensor sends a not plausible signal.

There are some strange things in the scanner, maybe the tps 2 is the inverted tps, so happens to me with map.

    4,39 + 0,61 = ? Makes sense.

Did you use throttle reset / relearn in scanner ?

Does anything mechanically keeps the throttle from closing?

Take a look at your minimum Inj PW?

Let's start with what's done to the vehicle? List all mods please.

    And post the tune file.

I did do Throttle Relearn with both TBs.

Car was running great with Whipple, Hellcat injectors, shorty headers, stock TB.
Only new mods are "Stg 2" level cam (don't have exact specs handy, but 220-228, 602/602, 114LS)

Tried both VVT on and NN, and VVT off and VE, fueling needs work still, but both behaved similarly with a light switch-off effect of seemingly not even trying to catch idle and RPMs below 1000. 800rpm was definitely a no-go, and did not give much to work with or tune around since it would shut off so quickly. Holds smooth at 1100 rpm though.... lol!

Startup requires throttle input still, even after incrementally adding plenty of Startup Air, and initial adjustments to base fuel (again, I should be in the ballpark with typical Cam changes but it's like it needs tons more of air down low than usual).

Idle Desired RPM reflects accurately, but logging Idle Base RPM for first time and shows 0. Does Base typically have a value or is 0 normal for this channel?

    Oops here is latest file.

It's had some extra crap thrown in like torque loss etc. perhaps prematurely, but the soft incremental start continued to give nothing to work with...
Additional observations - Trims balance between banks is pretty close, full logging of misfires can accumulate slowly but largely spread across all cylinders.

So if F.creek-ranch is correct in ignoring the strange anomaly with no TPS Voltage signal, is there anything else significant to chase before diving back in on Idle basics?

Airflow must be set right .
    A common problem after camming.
