MPVI2 interface not found on new PC

So I just upgraded my laptop to a Lenovo ThinkPad X13S and am getting the interface not found message when I try to resync. The scanner app works fine when I use It via bluetooth but obviously I can't write via bluetooth. Is there a driver I need Installed? Cause everything worked fine on the old laptop. The laptop makes noise when I plug the dongle in but doesn't seem to actually recognize It. Im also running Windows 11
