I have a 18 gmc sierra 2500 and bought the delete for it did the ecm upgrade with the tool and am still getting a low def code after I did the tune. Did I do the tune wrong or what am I missing

Sounds like a tune problem.
Yep your tuner forgot something in the background is my guess
