2019 F550 6.7 Cab & Chassis EGR / DPF delete

I am new to hp tuners and have not even plugged it in yet. I have a 2019 f550 6.7 cab & chassis that has a 16' stake bed and lift gate. Mostly used for in town hauling of equipment and materials, less than 10k pounds in the bed 99% of the time. I purchased an egr / dpf delete kit with egr delete and a dpf delete pipe insert. Really just looking for a single tune for the delete parts, and to get the most longevity/power/efficiency i can out of it. Has anybody done this and have some advice?

You're not going to be able to delete anything with VCM Editor right off the shelf. PM me and I can help you with it.

Well, i tried to follow some advice and read the ECM and TCM files to send off, and i am getting an "x35 incorrect key" failure message from the ECM. Does anybody know how to get it unlocked or get around the key?

Thats the thing, i cant read the ECM until i solve the "x35 invalid key" failure
