Thing is the bank-bank imbalance wasn't always there. Back at post #36 things look much better.
    https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...l=1#post764017

Something changed. Other than a new set of injectors idk what it could be.

Load the tune from that post. Clear LTFT's then upload a new log.

That was when things changed which was log 4
I was driving around the block and then I noticed from that day it had that imbalance but nothing to this day I can find, things I have done since log 4: it has new spark plugs, new wires, injectors were warrantied, smoke tested for vacuum, new o2 sensors, tested all coils. At this point im confused as physically I cannot find anything, but the pcm is saying that there is an imbalance. Even when you hit throttle or idle it doesn?t sound at all like there is a issue or misfire or anything

I wouldn't worry about split trims to be honest with you. Not with that intake manifold.

But there are points where it can reach -18% while the
Other is like -5% that?s where my concern grew. I mean like I said tho as far as drivability it drives totally fine and sounds fine, just the data log is telling me its off.

If that?s normal with the sheet metal intakes then I?ll just clean the fueling up a little more and drive it around and see what it does, I just don?t want to do any damage

Like I said before it was fine now it's not. You didn't swap intakes did you?

No nothing has been changed on this build at all, just randomly happened

    Those intakes are terrible.

As long as the trims come back closer together with some RPM let it roll.

Post a good long log with plenty of idle and part throttle driving.

Yeah that you would think would indicate something happened, changed, but in general I wouldn't worry about split trims with that type of intake manifold.

Have you smoke tested the exhaust?
    Checked header tube temp.?
Inspected plugs for one not running close in color and temp. to the others?
    Run a leak down test?
    Compression test?
    Inspected valve train?
Swap banks with the NBO2s' (and then the wiring if it will reach?) and see if it follows the O2s' or stays with the same bank.
Seems more mechanical than digital if one day it was fine, the config. file not changed and the next day it's off by 15 percent.

You did make adjustments to the FPR. The reg is downstream of the rails right?

All plugs look same, I?ve swapped bank 1 for bank 2 on o2 and coils same thing, new O2s, smoked the intake for vacuum leaks, no exhaust leaks for sure before the O2s, so I guess from your list my next steps would be pop off valve covers check the rockers for any movement, and a compression test, however I?m going to drive it tonight and log it for everyone to see the updated log of what it is doing currently before I dig any deeper

I'm mostly in agreement with Ed, as long as I don't feel it, I probably wouldn't stress about it too much. I would do my due diligence as far as the health check/physical and be thorough with it in stages or all at once but, if no problem found, chalk it up to "it is what it is"!

When I asked him what the setup was, and specifically asked about the intake, I could have guessed it had one of them shitty aluminum intakes with the little bitty runners.
