Here are some segment swapped files for LS4 to 4T80 swap. Source file was from a 2007/2008 Cadillac DTS with the 4.6 North Star and 4T80 transmission. ECM OS is different compared to the LS4 but use the same OS for the T42 which should enable you to swap a 4T80 into a 07/08 LS4 car.
OS for 07/08 ECM/TCM LS4 between platforms are the same from my information gathered, if anyone has any 2009 LS4 tunes from a Impala SS or Buick Lacrosse Super/Allure Super(Canada) would be very much appreciated.
I've found some OS that can be segmented swapped from different platforms, I've found that an 2012 impala T43 OS is the same as a 2012 corvette GS A6 6l80 and can be segment swapped, incase you wanted to make a RWD LFX 2012 impala? lol Found a few other weird ones as well....
Mounts and starter and axles are available to mount a LS4 to 4T80 but the biggest hurdle is trying to control the 4T80 as many have found with 4L60 to 4L80.
As the swap has similar issues this seems to me the best solution for people wanting to push there LS4 car past the limits of a 4T65E HD and need a much stronger transmission without the headaches of a standalone or manual controlled transmission.
Beside a stronger transmission the gear ratios are much shorter
4T65EHD Sprocket ratio 37/33, 3.29 Diff ratio, Final drive ratio 2.93
1st 2.92 2nd 1.56 3rd 1.00 4th .70
(06 and up) 4T80 Sprocket ratio 39/39 3.71 Diff ratio 3.71 final drive ratio,
1st 2.96 2nd 1.62 3rd 1.00 4th .68

Second file for 2008 Impala SS/ Grand Prix GXP/Buick Lacrosse/Allure Super LS4
Both files are stock LS4 with a stock 4T80 segment swap.
