" resync failed. contact customer support "

i used the mvpi2 on a different pc of mine which has a diff vcm editor version. i went to update and sync the device and now it shows that message. and on my hptuners profile it states this device is "disabled " . anyone know a direct person or email to try and resolve the issue rather then going through a ton of FAQs ? will the device even still work ?

Pretty much the only way to get help from hpt is to enter a support ticket.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
