your idle MAP is much too high.

Take a look at your BOV.

    switch off sensed MAP

Looks like a BOV problem. At the end of the run the throttle blade goes back nearly to idle position. It's not like it's hanging open.

The D1 kits come with the little generic BOV. You need a big "pro" style one. I never use the ones that come with the kit. I always upgrade to a larger one.

If that's the case make sure it's open at idle. Should be wide open. Id it's not you may need to pull the spring out of it and cut a spiral out of it. That's not uncommon to have to do.

ok i tried your file and i feel it idles better and part throttle is better i think it got slightly better but throttle still gets stuck at wot.
I also double checked the blow off valve and it seems to be working properly its wide open at idle and closes when i blip the throttle.
i have a new log of wot pull5.7 procharged ghost throttle.hpl

Do you have the stock unmodified tune file for this?

I don't know what it is but there's a whole bunch of shit I'd put back to stock and go from there. Lots of TM stuff, DFCO, several things that all could be contributing to it. I haven't seen one of these do this in a while. Used to see it a lot more back in the early days of Dodge tuning.

See how you go with this.. Based on the tune you posted in your original post... Your tune needs work but this may solve your throttle issue.

What about the throttle hang when it's under 3600 RPM?

To the OP. Who is doing your tuning? Have you considered putting most of the file back to stock and starting over with the basics? Injector data, P ratio axis change for boost, MAP sensor values, etc.? That's what I would recommend doing. There's way too much shit changed that collectively can be causing you problems.

When I have problem cars come in my shop, ones like this, if the customer does not have the stock file these always get flashed back to stock using a factory tool. Then we start from scratch.

i had some time today to mess with the tune and found that turning off sensed map fixed the throttle hang issue and drivability is alot better.
but still has problem where at wot it seems to be using the min spark table.
