    Update:

    Turned out to be a cylinder issue, leak down test showed leak in cylinder 1 and 7.

    Shorter push rods no misfire
    BUT, what is the issue with low vacuum?

    Idle around in Neutral is 45-50 KPA
    Idle in gear 65-70 KPA
