GM Gen V Catalyst Delete Steps

Engine falls on it's face whenever you give it any gas after cat delete. 2015 Silverado 5.3 with long tubes. Previous attempts to fix the issue have only made it worse. Open to any suggestions and would be willing to pay for a remote tuning solution at this point. I have a wideband and can provide additional logs if needed just let me know what I need to do. This is my first Gen V hence the cluelessness.
