E38 t42 trans file separation feature or help

I have a e38 / t42 file that was read together at same time so it put it in one file. And wondering if its possible to get just the trans / t42 file just by itself from the file???? I know you can remove the trans controller from the file but i dont see where or how you can remove the ecm portion from the file to where you would be just left with t42 trans file all by itself. maybe i should get in habbit of reading them all 1 at a time and saving 1 at a time. might be a good feature to add in future. or maybe something is already there and im just missing it.....PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS.....

You would need access to the vehicle again and then hit gather info. On the ECM's drop down, click on DO NOT READ. This will read the T42 only. I don't see anyway to remove a ECM file after it's all been read. You can only remove TCM and other modules after a file has been read together.
