Mpvi 2 wont connect says disabled

hey I used my MPVI 2 on another computer that had older software and now when I went back to re-sync on my normal computer it wont re-sync says contact support, even tried my MPVI 3 today on a ram 1500 and is now giving me the same issue, and when I go into my account online it says disabled. has anyone ever seen this before? I have contacted support and send them the files they need but I haven't heard anything back in almost a week and need to tune a truck I got sitting on the dyno, thanks for any help
