Every time I open vcm editor or vcm scanner I click on help an resync interface it says resync failed contact support I contacted them and still have had no help regarding this issue anybody have a fix for this ?

A few questions: What interface - 1, 2, 2+, 3? What editor/scanner version? Windows version?
mvpi2 windows 10 build (19044) and I tried both the beta and stable version no luck on either one
I suspect an internal device failure of your 4 year old hardware, unfortunately sometimes electronics fail. We sent you a call tag for inspection and testing at our facility, we'll know more once we test it there.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
