RFE TC Apply and Release Speed help

Does anyone have any quick tips on Torque Converter tuning? Maybe more specifically the apply and release speeds and setting up some lockup to reduce heat in a Baja offroad environment? I've been searching far and wide with no luck.

I understand the speeds in these tables are OSS same as the shift scheduling. I don't mind the shifting as much as wanting to get the TC to lock up at certain times after a shift but it's not a drag racer and I'm not looking for full lockup shifts, just upping the efficiency.

07 5.7 mild cam, heads and long tubes. 40" tires & 5.38 gears. New 545 being put together at Tier One so trying to button up a new tune.
