3.0 Whipple 6.1 Misfire at WOT

Working on a customers 6.1 300 with a new 3.0l Whipple. Stock car other than LT headers/HC Throttle body. Originally he had whipples RTD tune in it but they had it scaled for a 2 bar MAP meanwhile his kit had a 3 Bar. Fixed that for him so it obviously ran much better however there's a misfire at WOT that we've been having issues with. So far he's fixed exhaust leaks, replaced injectors, regapped plugs from .050" down to .030". P0300 comes and goes and car drives great in closed loop. Im targeting 11.5 AFR at WOT but you can see in the log it hits target and then will bounce a full point away and then return. Any ideas? Car didn't have issues before he installed supercharger.

From what i see on the log you sent myself or any tuner out here will tell you that .5 - 1 degree of know is nothing it could be something as simple as noise vibration from the exhaust or the headers seen that many time before. Also for the point you made that the afr jumps from 11.6 to 12.1 i suggest checking you VE-Table and make some minor adjustments to it let me know if that helps out. thanks.

Yea ive been messing with the VE tables for a while now with no success. Its actually bouncing from 10.9ish-12.5 even while still in the same VE cell. Customer also says he can hear "popping" during the pull so somethings definitely wrong. Just looked at another log and I even saw it jump from 11 to 13.0 for a sec and back to 11

The spike in your A/F is most likely due to the misfire itself and not a "tune" issue per se. When the cylinder misfires it puffs raw O2 past the wideband registering a lean spike. Fix the misfire you fix the lean spike.

I'd replace all the plugs with a non-projected tip plug with a gap around .025. Heat range of 7 or so. Brisk makes plugs for these engines. I highly recommend them.
