Hp tuner cant write my TCU tune but i did it several time before ?

HI guy's!

I need your help please.

i tuned my TCU with HP tuner back in 2020, paid the credit for both ECU and TCU. Easy like a sunday morning.

Now my good friend create a new file for my TCU ( same car, nothing changed ), i took my computer and my cable. Igniton on, wifi on laptop, try'ed several time to write the file on my TCU.

All the time HP tuner asked me to buy credit's like i never did this back in 2020. I try'ed the VCM scanner, it worked.

- Hp tuner updated and i installed the last VCM too.

still the same problem like i never paid for it after 4 years?
