another user owns this interface ERROR

Evening Gents,

i have just bought my MPVI3 and made new account and tried to import my serial number and verification number to my HP Tuners Account but it show that its another user own this interface which is clearly not because i bought it new..i opened a ticket request providing you with all info you need with pics of my mpvi3 with serial shown in it...please help me because iam waiting for my tune and icant do thing so far...the ticket number is (411523)
