05 Burban with stock 5.3 truck norris camshaft

here is what i got. i slapped a camshaft in the stock 5.3 motor in my 05 suburban z71 flex fuel. i had a decent tune in it for over 2 years. ran decent. i built another stock 5.3ls to replace factory motor. only part that is different between the 2 motors is the valve springs. i went from stock to .600 in valve springs. now the tune i had in before engine swap wont alow motor to run correctly. wideband and vcm scanner show motor running to lean & i cant seem to get it away from being lean. any help would be great. If there are no differences between motors other than valve springs, problem can't be in the tune. You have other mechanical/electrical issues.

Motor runs smooth. Other than being lean on fuel. Log data to me shows only a lean fueling issue. I changed tune back to stock from factory before cam swap with factory motor. Truck now runs much better with being lean still but no where as lean it ti was before. I will upload another log file. ( all log files are with out any driving due to be lean). Does any thing in my log file or tune file look off?

I can't review files on this computer. But are you now saying this is a different "cam" on a different tune?

Why are you only logging LTFT for Bank 1? Start logging both STFT and LTFT for BOTH banks. The one bank shows you are seriously lean... have you considered a vacuum leak somewhere? Try logging BOTH banks and lets see if there is a variance between the two banks. Either vacuum leak, or exhaust leak before O2 sensors can cause this. As mentioned above-just changing valve springs should not cause the lean condition you are seeing...

If it's showing lean and you can't seem to get it to richen up the logical thing to check is your fuel pressure. Everyone always wants to fix all their problems by "tooning" instead over covering the basics first.

PE Enrichment Ramp-In is 16? Sixteen? In a field that allows a range of 0 to 4?

You didn't happen to swap a motor with different injectors? Had a guy last week give our sales guys a lot of trouble. He swapped complete engines including injectors and didn't bother to tell us. He just thought 5.3 injectors was 5.3 injectors.

You aren't logging your O2 sensors so you're only getting half the story. Looks like it's only running on one bank judging by the fuel trims only. Need to include B1S1 and B2S1.

It's not going to be a tooning problem. It's gonna be a bad ground on the back of the head or something like that.

    o2 sensor log file

at the start of the log file b1s1 &b2s1 is plugged in vehicle not running. unplugged b2s1 and not change in voltage. towards end of log file i unplugged b1s1 and it reads the same or close to b2s1 while its lugged up. will this cause lean on 1 bank and rich on the other bank
